BillSoft and CommSoft Partner to Provide Fast and Error-free Rating, Billing and Taxation
Albany, NY, July 25, 2008 — BillSoft, Inc., the market leader for taxation, and CommSoft, a leading provider of OSS/BSS and service activation software, have partnered to provide a joint solution that enables service providers to offer fast and error-free rating, billing and taxation.
Service providers are faced with challenges that make provisioning for and calculating communications taxes a very complex task. Shentel offers a comprehensive suite of voice, video and data communications services and was the first customer to go live with the combined solution.
