BillSoft^® and TransDecisions Announce Strategic Alliance for EZGeo^TM Software

Lenexa, KS, May 20, 2003: BillSoft, Inc., the premier telecommunications taxation software company, and TransDecisions, Inc., the premier geocoding and routing/scheduling software company, announced today that their companies have formed a partnership where the TransDecisions geocoding software will be integrated with BillSoft’s EZTax^® software.

Address verification and jurisdiction determination is a challenging area for service providers. State and local governments struggle with budgeting issues making it critical for companies to verify client provided addresses for proper taxing jurisdiction assignment. The new product offered by BillSoft, called EZGeo, allows accurate taxing capability at the rooftop level. The EZGeo solution provides telecommunications, cable television, retail and other industries with an integrated and flexible solution.
